LOG FILES & IP ADDRESSES:
We use internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked by www.wishbazaar.com to personally identifiable information and are not kept after the statistics are logged in the aggregated database. The information we collect is used for internal review and overall and broad statistical purposes. However, users should be aware that both static and dynamic IP addresses can be mapped back to users on most ISPs based on the users login time and recorded information.

Website Information:
Any photos, videos and written content uploaded onto www.wishbazaar.com become the property of Palindrome Technology. Materials may be used in any and all forms of advertising at anytime so long as they are NOT marked private. The use of indecent language and photos, curse words and derogatory and defamatory comments is strictly prohibited at all times. Wish Bazaar and Palindrome Technology Inc. reserve the right to remove any published materials at any time at their sole discretion. Furthermore, Wish Bazaar and Palindrome Technology, Inc. are not responsible for the illegal use of copyrighted content by members of www.wishbazaar.com. If found all such content will be immediately removed. We also reserve the right to ban members from the site for continued violations or illegal behaviors. Once banned all content including groups, blogs and forum posts contributed by the member as well as any other content will be removed from the site.
LINKS:
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, we may choose various third party web sites to link from or frame within the www.wishbazaar.com website. We also participate in co-branding, advertising and other relationships to offer e-commerce and other services and features to our users. Information about you may be visible to subsequent websites if you link off of the Www.wishbazaar.com website. However, even if the third party is affiliated with us, we have no control over these linked sites, each of which has separate privacy and data collection practices independent of us. Data collected by our co-brand partners, advertisers or third party web sites (even if offered on or through our site) is not received by us. CHOICE/OPT-OUT:

When you land on the final page on this Web site and select the required offers, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your e-mail address. A link in this e-mail will take you to your personalized account page. After confirming your e-mail address, you will be provided access to your account, detailing all your activity.
Please login to your customized account page to check your offer status. When you have completed the required offers, you must click on the Approval button on the account page. This will initiate a confirmation e-mail to be sent to you with instructions for verifying your shipping address. You must follow the instructions in the "Approval" e-mail to redeem your free gift. www.wishbazaar.com, ("www.wishbazaar.com" or "we") may revise these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this posting. Your use of the Service will signify your acceptance to the terms.
ELIGIBILITY. To participate in www.wishbazaar.com, you must be an individual at least 13 years of age and reside in the United States of America. Corporations or other business entities are not eligible to participate. Www.wishbazaar.com reserves the right to terminate any or all duplicate registrations. THIS OFFER IS LIMITED TO 1 FREE GIFT PER HOUSEHOLD. Each household is limited to the use of one (1) e-mail address. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between You and www.wishbazaar.com in connection with general registration on Www.wishbazaar.com and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in force. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS. Wish Bazaar does not condone or accept the use of copyrighted materials on its website. If you place such items on our site they will be removed immediately. By accepting our terms and conditions you state that you are not uploading or adding any copyrighted materials to this website and that you bear all responsibility for the display and distribution of any said items. It is the policy of Www.wishbazaar.com to respond expeditiously to claims of intellectual property infringement. We will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws. ENTRY METHOD: Eligible entrants must enter via the online methods described. You may only enter once during the entry period. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. No mechanically reproduced, software-generated or other automated multiple entries permitted. www.wishbazaar.com, Inc. will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or sponsor, or for any human error lost/delayed data transmission or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an e-mail account shall be determined by www.wishbazaar.com, Inc. in its sole discretion, and Www.wishbazaar.com, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the United States, (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Sweepstakes not open to employees and family members of employees of www.wishbazaar.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees. This sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed under and in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania (excluding the choice of law provisions thereof), subject to applicable provisions of U.S. laws, and may be enforced only in the state or federal courts in Delaware County in the state of Pennsylvania. Winner agrees that www.wishbazaar.com, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from any acceptance or use of any prize awarded.
PRIZES: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. Only entrants who have entered accurate information will be eligible for the drawing. The winner will receive the prize listed for easy contests. Awarded prize are nontransferable and non-endorsable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered except at the sole discretion of Www.wishbazaar.com and Palindrome Technology has the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Winner will be notified by e-mail. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prize and individual components of prize package are subject to availability and Www.wishbazaar.com reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prize. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), which must be returned within 14 days from the date the affidavit is provided by Www.wishbazaar.com, Inc. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within 14 days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules or the prize notification letter, may, at the sole discretion of Www.wishbazaar.com, Inc., result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of prize to an alternate eligible winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.
